Read these emails and sort them into: needs a reply today, can wait, and can be ignored. For "needs a reply today," draft a two-line response for each.

Here is what I worked on this week (paste rough notes). Turn it into a short client-ready update: 3 wins, 1 blocker, next week's focus.
